Victoria Montgomery's career has been defined by marketing and brand. Originally training as an English language teacher then entering into product marketing via the publishing industry, her passion for brand was kickstarted by taking a leap into an, at-the-time, unknown discipline. She’s previously won a Rising Star award and worked across brand management and communications, from leading global brand-building campaigns to working on the rebrand of an iconic heritage publisher.

 

Victoria's passionate about creating cohesive, engaging brand experiences, and collaborating with creatives to move the dial. Her career so far has been shaped by incredible role models and she aims to support other women to build impactful connections, foster ideas, and celebrate the possibilities of brand.

Tamira Hamden has been working in content and brand strategy for over 10 years. Beginning her career internationally in magazine publishing and freelance consulting for start ups, she has worked across a range of sectors, problem solving with creativity and conveying brand purpose and personality through memorable content and experiences. 

More recently, she has been leading Brand at one of the world’s largest and oldest university presses. She led a rebrand of this 500+ year old publishing house, and formed its first dedicated brand team, which covers best practice in social, brand marketing, and brand design. A natural next step, the passion, talent, and ability of her team inspires her every day to champion and advance both the discipline of branding, but also the skillful work of the women who make it happen.
